Glen Coe

The first two photographs in this section represent some of my first attempts at digital photography, in 1991. The originals were 16"x20" prints from negatives. I scanned them with a hand held scanner, a few inches width at a time, then joined the results together and processed them in the computer. The results don't compare with the original prints but are acceptable and convinced me that the future was digital. The first of the two (Glen Coe) was incuded in a short article I wrote, about digital photography, published in the RPS Journal in the same year.
